The successful struggle for government efficiency and decency lies in the empowerment of the people in the private sector of Philippine society to have a deciding voice in justice - not with more empowerment for public officials. More empowerment for public officials could finally lead into government dictatorship.

Empowerment of private citizens to decide in justice can be accomplished by the adoption of the Grand Jury and Trial Jury systems. These jury systems will enable the people to exercise and keep at all times their sovereignty over their government.

I would like to request the reader to provide me with his mailing address so that I can send him or her the draft of the proposed Philippine Jury Systems and the steps to enact it by the people's initiative process. My email is: mcamello299@gmail.com.

The Grand Jury system is the surest means to solve the following cases: (1) Kuratong Baleleng masacer; (2) Dacer and Corbito murders; (3) Jonas Burgos kidnapping, and most of all, it will ensure imprisonment of anyone who is detected of having committed a serious offense even if he or she may be an occupant of Malakanyang Palace.
